Terms of service

The service
CurrentWave builds and manages marketing setups and internal tools for businesses. Every engagement starts with a call, followed by a written scope and quote. Work begins once the scope is agreed and the first invoice is paid.
Quotes and payment
Pricing is set per project and confirmed in writing before work starts. Invoices are issued through Stripe unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software subscriptions, ad spend, and payment processing fees are separate and paid by the client.
Ownership
Clients own their business accounts, data, and published business-specific assets: domain, website content, analytics, CRM data, email lists, and payment accounts. CurrentWave retains its internal templates, checklists, tooling, and delivery processes.
What we do not promise
No guarantees of traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue. CurrentWave builds and maintains working systems; market results depend on many factors outside any provider's control.
Liability
CurrentWave's total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. CurrentWave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages and changes caused by third-party platforms.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement in writing. Completed work is billable; deliverables completed and paid for are handed off with documentation.
